Disappointed

I bought this lighter, it came with gas so I used it, and when I refilled it, the lighter doesn't work anymore, I am very sad because I find it great but I can't use it.

Hello,
You can try purging your lighter.
In this case, you need to completely empty it of air and gas by pressing the small gas inlet valve. Air and gas can indeed mix and thus prevent the flame from functioning properly.
Once completely emptied, refill it with gas, wait a few seconds, and try to light it while adjusting the flame intensity (by turning with the + and -).
If nothing happens, do not hesitate to contact us.
