Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a malfunction with the ignition of your lighter.
In order for it to work again, can you purge your lighter.
Indeed, after repeated ignitions, the gas and air mix and then block the flame outlet.
Here is the procedure to follow to purge it:
- Position your lighter so that its head is facing downwards.
- Then press with the help of a small screwdriver or something similar on the gas inlet valve to completely empty the lighter of its air and gas.
- Once your lighter is completely empty, you can place your gas refill on the same valve and fill it.
- After a few seconds, turn it on and feel free to play with the flame intensity (by pushing towards the + or towards the -).
If despite these adjustments, your lighter still does not work, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Very good value for money
