Smoking.fr offers pickup at a partner location, allowing you to pick up your package at one of the many participating retailers in our partner network. You will be notified of your package's arrival via text message and email, along with a pickup code that allows you to collect it within 8 business days of the drop-off date. Please note that standard pickup point delivery is now free for purchases of 50€ or more, all year round. The weight of a package for pickup point delivery cannot exceed 30 kg.
You can also choose delivery to lockers (self-service lockers), a convenient option available 24 hours a day in many urban areas. However, lockers have compartments of limited size. If the product you ordered does not fit into one of these compartments, our customer service team may contact you to change the delivery method to ensure you receive your package successfully. Regarding tracking, you'll also be notified of your package's arrival via text message and email, along with a pickup code allowing you to collect it within 5 business days of the drop-off date. The weight of a package shipped via the Point Relais Locker service cannot exceed 25 kg.
Choose Express delivery with Chronopost to a pickup point. This Express delivery method allows you to receive your package quickly while enjoying the convenience of pickup at a pickup point. Package tracking information will be sent to you via email as soon as your package is picked up by Chrono Relais. You'll also receive an email and text message as soon as the package arrives at your pickup location.
Some retailers are also open on weekends; be sure to check their hours of operation. Please note that your package will be held for 7 business days from the date it is received at the pickup location. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us.
The weight of a package shipped via Chronopost Relais cannot exceed 20 kg.
All our shipments include package tracking with a tracking number. Once your package has been prepared and shipped, Smoking.fr will send you an email with a link to your tracking number, which allows you to track the various stages of your package's delivery. By clicking on this link, you'll be redirected to the carrier's website where you can see where your package is.
For international deliveries, we offer several carrier options, including DHL, La Poste, GLS, DPD, and other local carriers, depending on the destination.

These customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are payable upon receipt of the package.
We also inform our customers that international shipments may be subject to inspection, examination, and opening by customs authorities.
If your order contains one or more items that are too large for standard delivery, pallet delivery may be offered to you.
