Disappointed with this order

I did receive my order but the box was all damaged and some packs of sheets had come out of the original packaging.
I had to tape it to reinforce it and put the box back in order.
Very disappointed….

After checking the photo taken at the time of shipping, we can however confirm that the box of 25 notebooks left our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it seems that it suffered impacts or rough handling during its transport, which may have damaged the packaging and caused some packs of sheets to come out.
