Pipe arrived loose in the box...

The pipe has no packaging, loose in the box, giving the impression that it is an item that has already been returned from an order... I don't think I will use it, which is a shame given the other orders I placed, a bit disappointed this time😞

We understand your opinion, but the manufacturer sends us the corn pipes directly like this.
We do not receive any packaging box from them.
They are not, in any case, used or subject to return upon shipment.
