Excellent

An excellent cigarette smoker, the pipe is pleasant in the mouth, the sensation of purity is present without altering the taste of the tobacco, but the pipe should be changed at least once a year

Fragile

This is the second one I am buying. Both encountered the same problem in the same place.
The spout cracks very quickly
For my first purchase, customer service did not do anything for me.
For the second purchase, I encountered exactly the same problem (I reordered several months later because I was upset with customer service, I tried again because the prices are competitive).
Customer service agreed to send me a new spout several days later, which is serving its function for the moment..
