I ordered 4, unfortunately 2 do not light up so I need to contact customer service but otherwise the lighters are nice

Response from Smoking

Hello, customer service is taking care of your issue, but it appears at first glance that your lighter might just be out of gas. They left you a message on your phone. Do not hesitate to contact us again if your problem persists. Best regards.
