Error messages on the screen – What to do?

HOPPER Message

• This message indicates that the tobacco compartment is empty or insufficiently filled.
• Open the machine cover.
• Press START to allow the automatic removal of tobacco residues.
• Then add fresh tobacco, and restart the filling process.

JAM message (tobacco stuck)

• This message appears when a clump of tobacco blocks the internal mechanism.
• Open the lid.
• Using the provided rod, insert it into the nozzle to clear the stuck tobacco.
• Press START several times until the filling spoon comes out completely.
• Gently scrape the back of the spoon to remove any accumulated residue.
• Close and then reopen the lid to deactivate the "JAM" mode.
• Press START to complete the cleaning and eject the remaining tobacco.
