Does not work

The lighter only made two flames and then nothing, yet I have the same one in gold that works very well.
Straight to the trash, what a shame

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a malfunction with the ignition of your lighter.
So that it can work again, can you purge your lighter.
Indeed, after repeated ignitions, the gas and air mix and then block the flame outlet.
Here is the procedure to follow to purge it:
- Position your lighter so that its head is facing downwards.
- Then press with the help of a small screwdriver or something else, on the gas inlet valve to completely empty the lighter of its air and gas.
- Once your lighter is completely empty, you can place your gas refill on the same valve and fill it.
- After a few seconds, turn it on and feel free to play with the flame intensity (by pushing towards the + or towards the -).
If despite these adjustments, your lighter still does not work, do not hesitate to contact us again.
