The base is composed of Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG). You will need to choose the right balance between these two compositions depending on what you are looking for.
Propylene glycol (PG), more liquid than vegetable glycerin (VG), will make the e-liquid more fluid and protect the atomizer.The more the base is loaded with propylene glycol, the better the flavor delivery will be and the less vapor you will have.
Vegetable glycerin (VG), thicker than propylene glycol (PG), more easily damages the resistance of the electronic cigarette. The more the base is loaded with vegetable glycerin, the higher the vapor output will be.
Finally, use a nicotine booster as well as a flavor (concentrated e-liquid) to finish your e-liquid.
