Ease of use

I see two problems: 1- since the lighter is slim, it cannot have a bigger battery and consequently it needs to be recharged via USB constantly.
2 - the heating coil is too small in diameter. You have to aim a lot and sometimes it's annoying.
If this coil had the diameter of car cigarette lighters, it would be perfect.
The product is good, but it needs to be made as easy to handle as a gas lighter.

You indeed raise two important points. The slim format of the lighter involves a more compact battery, which may require more frequent USB recharges depending on your usage. This choice was made to favor a discreet, light, and easy-to-carry lighter.
Regarding the incandescent ring, we understand that its diameter may require a bit more precision in use. Your suggestion of a diameter closer to that of a car cigarette lighter is very interesting and will be forwarded to the relevant department so that the manufacturer can take note of your feedback.
