Hello Smoking , first of all, best wishes for 2022. I bought 25 packs of ocb x-pert from you, which I received on time, but to my great surprise, I received my 25 packs in a zip-style freezer bag, whereas I would have preferred to receive them in a display stand. I run a small business, so it’s not easy to put loose sheets next to the cash register, and that is why I gave you only one star. Otherwise, for everything else (delivery and products), nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.

Thank you for your feedback and for placing an order on our website.
We do indeed offer different packs of rolling papers: single, x 10, x 25, and x 50.
The manufacturer, however, does not offer these types of packaging; we receive them only in the original packaging of x 50, which is why you received your pack of 25 booklets this way.
