Attention, deadlines chronopost never respected

Several express orders placed and never delivered on time.
The worst part is that on the tracking chronopost you can see where the delivery person is and that's the best, he has been passing in front of my house for 2 days and now it's postponed to tomorrow, 3 full days for express delivery, not to mention the lost time.
I will not order from you anymore.
