Hello, the word slim, in rolling papers, means: long paper. You will find this expression throughout the site. Following your comment, we will add the word: long paper, to the product sheet. A little tip to avoid mistakes: generally, long papers are single pull (one window to grab the paper), short papers are double pull. Of course, there are exceptions, but this can be verified on all OCB and Rizla booklets. I am certain that customer service will find a solution to your inconvenience even if the shipments made no mistakes, they can make a gesture, because everyone is entitled to make a mistake.
