This gas lighter recalls the style of lighters from the 1920s, with a retro style that reminds one of the Austrian brand lighter. Its elongated shape and fully metal body make it a robust lighter. It works thanks to an automatic flint ignition upon opening, offering a nice soft flame. Unlike many other lighters, this one is refilled with gasoline, available on our site.
It has a ring that allows you to regulate the airflow and thus control the flame it produces.

Operation

To light the lighter, simply open the flap
To refill the lighter, simply remove the "socket" by pulling on the bottom part of the lighter, then fill it with fuel (be careful not to overflow the lighter with fuel). Wait a few moments before replacing the socket in its slot.
To change the flint: unscrew the brass screw under the lighter, place a new flint and screw the screw back in.

Good copy

It only lacks the stone-changing mechanism from the original, in stapler style; here it is the same as on a Zippo (long spring to unscrew/screw). So no small compartment for a spare stone. But there is a small safety to secure the flint by rotating its base.
Robust, quick, and reliable ignition, rather mellow and warm sound, functional flame height adjustment collar, removable flint, perfect finish (fine guilloches, beautiful polished surface on the rising edge) which makes the design more classic than tech while remaining suitable for EDC.
Very good wind resistance even at minimal flame.The end of the chimney certainly heats up quickly and intensely, but it cools down relatively quickly and the adjustment collar acts as a protection. Long fuel duration.
No fragile parts (hello to the hinge of the Zippo), an object meant to remain effective and appealing for a long time.
The only credible alternative for die-hard stapler enthusiasts would be an IMCO. Other people who haven't developed this obsession will never find anything better.
