Easy to use :

1. detach a sheet of paper
2. fold the sheet accordion-style
3. place the sheet on its edge on a suitable support
4. light the paper, then extinguish the flame
5. let the paper burn

Directions for use :

• Burn only one paper at a time
• Repeat the sessions 3 to 4 times per week maximum
