Care instructions: a Laguiole knife should be wiped and not washed to avoid damaging the wood. To maintain the edge of its blade, it is recommended to sharpen it with a natural stone.

Created in 1829, the brand takes its name from the town of Laguiole in Aveyron, where the knife was originally made.
The end of the blade is most often a bee; legend has it that it was Napoleon I who granted the residents of Laguiole the right to use this imperial symbol as a reward for their bravery in battle.
Thanks to its elegance and distinctive lines, as well as the use of luxurious materials and impeccable finishing, this knife has become a true work of art.
