Product in bad condition.

I received the product in bad condition, I don’t know if it came from the delivery person or from you. I was planning to make other orders on your site because there are lots of things that interest me, but since I didn’t receive another product, I won’t order anymore. On top of that, I haven’t even received a refund 👎🏻
