Denicool

I have two pipes that are not compatible with cylindrical filters, so I tried the crystals and I find that they do the job.

It's the first time I've used these crystals, and indeed placing a large one in front of the suction duct at the back of the fireplace helps to dry and cool the smoke, while also absorbing some tar along the way… It's pretty good, not essential but it allows for preparing very good pipes. Worth trying!

Denicool is an excellent product: put two or three good-sized crystals at the bottom of the bowl, fill your pipe, pack it, and smoke. The crystals come out black or very dark amber. That's what you won't have in your lungs.
Now, why only three stars for a VITAL product that does not alter the draw or the flavor of the tobacco at all?
Its absurd price for 12 small grams. In 12 pipefuls, I simply used half of the box. Fortunately, I must be honest, there are 60-gram bottles elsewhere for a much more reasonable quantity/price ratio...
The presentation of the small case is excellent: no accidental openings, easy to refill.
