The famous brand Butz-Choquin was created in 1858 by Gustave Butz and Jean-Baptiste Choquin by making their first pipe, the "Choquin pipe." Since then, the factory has settled in Saint-Claude, the world capital of briar pipes. For more than a century and a half now, Butz-Choquin has been continuing the tradition by handcrafting pipes that are all as original and elegant as each other.
