The Boost Hangover glass bong is a medium-sized model that combines refined design, sturdiness, and performance.

Regarding the breaking of your bong downstem after heating it for a long period, we understand your dissatisfaction and are sorry that this situation disappoints you.
However, as previously mentioned, this type of damage does not correspond to a manufacturing defect of the product. Prolonged exposure to a heat source can weaken the glass and cause breakage, even during the first uses.
Glass items require use in accordance with safety precautions to avoid this type of damage.Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects or anomalies present before use, but unfortunately cannot cover damages related to use that caused breakage.
After analyzing your request, we are therefore unable to proceed with a replacement, a refund, or a commercial gesture.
