Imperiali, the most expensive humidor in the world

The Imperiali cigar house offers its wealthiest customers an exceptional humidor. A journey into the workings of the most expensive humidor in the world.
Aimed at owners of large cigar collections, the most expensive humidor in the world, with its unmistakable design, keeps the aromas of the cigars intact thanks to a temperature held between 16 and 18 degrees and a constant humidity of 70%.
Two accomplished Swiss entrepreneurs came up with this patented invention, in order to give the most demanding of customers this marvel of cigar storage.
Twelve customers a year will have the opportunity to acquire this substantial Imperiali humidor, fitted with the first self-regulating humidification system, for a sum in the region of one million euros.

The Imperiali humidor and its one-off cigar accessories
The Imperiali humidor comes with three accessories. The first is used to cut, slice or punch a cigar: the cutting compartment takes the cigar before the style of cut and its depth are selected, assisted by a laser beam for precision and for visual effect.
The second accessory, the lighter, is as practical as it is decorative, with three gas rings producing an even flame for unrivalled ease of lighting.
The third gives owners an ashtray that detects any cigar approaching the lid.

Imperiali cigars come from Nicaragua and are made by Cuban rollers with long-established skills.
Each cigar is wrapped in four sheets of gold leaf and protected by a sturdy glass tube.
Like a safe, this humidor opens by entering a secret code chosen beforehand from the letters that make up the name Imperiali.
When an empty tube is put back inside, an indicator drawing on the conventions of Swiss watchmaking appears to signal that the cigars may need replacing.
The concept was carried out by a Swiss master watchmaker, combining a high-end watch dial with a humidor in a tourbillon of understated detail.
This cigar cabinet also has an electric winding stem, activated at regular intervals to maintain a power reserve whenever it is called on.
