Ashtray – ebony black humidor

Here is a fine object… a striking object, I should say. This desk « ashtray – humidor » is a handsome piece. This ashtray (or humidor, whichever name you prefer) is meant to sit in full view, preferably on a desk.

That, at least, is where I immediately pictured it.

An ashtray that stays discreet once the sliding part is put back over it to « hide » the ash or its residue, when there is no chance to clean it straight away; a humidor that can only be opened once the ashtray is « hidden »; and materials that look more refined with each detail (black lacquer, Macassar ebony, the elegant « metallic » touch on the cigar rest). Everything is handsome, imposing and finely made.

The humidor, whose inner walls are lined with cedar as they should be, will comfortably hold a personal supply of cigars, and its built-in humidifier allows for longer storage if required. A fine present to give… and above all to receive.
