Quite simply, but with no less feeling, I say a big THANK YOU.

We are a whole, and you are the centrepiece of our company. Without you, we would surely not exist. Let me also take this opportunity to thank our remarkable team and to officially welcome our three new arrivals: Yoan, Dorian and Alexis.

At Smoking, customer satisfaction is objective number one. To that end, we never stop questioning ourselves so as to offer you a site that is easy to use, a varied range of products and regular new arrivals. The Bargain Corner has been a success, and other additions such as the choice of engravings and better after-sales follow-up have been very well received. You can also now rate your shopping experience more quickly and more easily.

We have also redesigned the mobile version of Smoking.fr to give you smoother, more comfortable browsing. At the same time, as a company mindful of the future of the planet, we have committed to an environmental project. That is why we handed out nearly 10,000 pocket ashtrays free of charge in 2018, through the Zéro Mégot par Terre operation.

In 2019, we hope to keep thinking big alongside you. So it is only natural that I should wish you all, customers and team alike, an excellent new year.
