My turn to say THANK YOU!

Dear customer,

Another year alongside you is drawing to a close, and we remain just as glad to count you among our customers, whether long-standing or new. It is a great pleasure to welcome you to our pages every day. This year was, as usual, full of new developments.

To begin with, one of the major projects was to improve our logistics system. That means your orders are handled more quickly, thanks to picking stations that are better designed and more comfortable for the teams.
We have also switched to more environmentally friendly packaging and to better waste management. We have cut the use of plastic in our parcels by 80%. We work every day to reduce our environmental impact, and our target for 2020 is packaging that is 100% recycled and recyclable.

The list of this year’s improvements is a long one, and I am aware that your time is precious. Here, then, are the most important:

• A new blog is now online, offering you ever more news to discover
• Close to 150 pieces of advice, written by our experts, are available to you

Once again this year, a great many of you took part in the life of our community, and more than 11,000 tried your luck in our end-of-year prize draw.

For our part, we will continue to bring you special offers, flash sales and discount codes in 2020, through our newsletters and on social media.

I am also pleased to have welcomed Othmane this year, who has joined a team where friendliness and good humour prevail. The proof is that Zoé has come back to us.

That said, 2020 will have its share of surprises as well, and I can already tell you that the first will not be long in coming. Stay tuned!
