Discovering the FUU brand

A French company through and through, FUU offers e-liquids made entirely in Paris. The manufacturer puts forward a set of commitments and develops products it presents as reliable and certified. Here is a closer look at the FUU brand.

The FUU factory: a bold Parisian gamble

FUU has been established in the world of the electronic cigarette for several years now. Its e-liquids, concentrates and bases are all made in the brand’s Paris laboratory, which sets it apart from many competitors.

An analysis laboratory is also available on site, so that products can be tested before sale and quality checked at each stage of development.

FUU makes a point of calling on as many French companies as possible. The brand gives priority to firms based in France, then in Europe, and only as a last resort abroad. The labels, for example, are designed in Montreuil and the packaging boxes in Lozère. Most of the flavourings are made in France. Others come from Germany and the United States, so as to offer a wider palette.

The commitments made by FUU

Every production operation for FUU products is carried out in France, and more precisely in Paris, in the brand’s own laboratory. The company presents quality control as central to its work: a team of chemists follows the manufacturing processes step by step.

Internal policy follows the specifications of the AFNOR XP D90 300-2 standard, and the brand’s e-liquids are all certified by that same body. For the record, only four e-liquid manufacturers in the world have obtained this certification, and FUU is one of them. At least once a year, an AFNOR inspector audits the laboratory in order to renew it.

On the ethical side, FUU says it is committed to the environment. The company is a family-sized business employing fewer than thirty people, and everyone is involved in that approach: recycling is encouraged, waste is avoided and refuse is sorted so that it can be disposed of more effectively. The building runs on 100% renewable electricity under a contract with Vattenfall.

The objectives set by FUU

The company is open about its position: FUU states that its products are addressed to regular smokers only. Its range of e-liquids is accordingly very wide, in order to match different requirements and preferences.

Across its various brands, FUU puts forward products it describes as innovative. It says it was the first to offer e-liquids based on nicotine salts, containing up to 20 mg/ml. Aware that vapers are also looking to save money, FUU offers a range of bases so they can make their own e-liquids.
