Elie Bleu is a luxury house known worldwide.

It specialises in fancy goods, and mainly in cigar boxes, and has done so for forty years. The brand handles the cutting, the assembly, the shaping and the marquetry of its humidors.
For that work it uses only high-quality timbers, such as figured sycamore. All Elie Bleu humidor cabinets are entirely made by hand, at every stage of manufacture.
The brand has also opted for made in France production, based at Gennevilliers on the outskirts of Paris. The boxes that leave its workshops are the high point of French craftsmanship in this field.

Elie Bleu is nonetheless a modern house. It does not confine itself to the models that made its name, and releases several collections a year. It offers traditional humidors as well as more avant-garde pieces in vivid colours. One of its best-known boxes depicts Che Guevara. In 2007 that model made the cover of Paris Match.

Its customers are not mistaken. They include large companies, well-known institutions, wealthy collectors and Hollywood names. Buyers of a Falcon are given, on delivery of their aircraft, an Elie Bleu box made from the same wood as the one used in their plane. According to its chairman, Laurent Fuchs
