Read the instructions below carefully to enjoy your purchase and avoid problems

Caution!
Remember that the properties of a tube cigarette are different from those of a traditional cigarette. Thanks to the specific action of the cigarette tube filling machine, the ashes are finer and come out of the cigarette more easily. Neither the manufacturer nor any of its distributors can be held responsible for accidents resulting from these characteristics.

1. Technical specifications:

The machine operates on 220 V AC.

2. User manual:

• Insert the plug into the socket.
• Press the "tube" button above the machine to lower the black lever downward.
• Insert the cigarette tube into the silver metal tube while holding down the button; once the tube is in place, release the button.
• Adjust the graduated side button to determine the desired density (position 3 gives the best results)
• Add pure tobacco into the reservoir. Do not overload, as it will be difficult to properly fill the cigarettes. You will achieve better results by using well-aerated tobacco.
• Press the 'Start' button above the machine until the cigarette tube is completely filled.
• Do not stop the tube. It is separated from the machine by the tobacco; this is perfectly normal. If you hold the tube, tobacco will accumulate and damage the spiral. The spiral can only be damaged due to misuse. That is why no warranty is provided on the spiral.
• Caution: if the screw jams, stop immediately (See Troubleshooting point 1).
• Unplug the machine after use.

Some tips:

• If the tobacco does not move, release the button to stop the rotation. Remove a little tobacco from the machine and restart it with light presses. In any case, do not touch the spiral.
• The first cigarette will always take a little more time because the metal tube holder is not yet filled.
• Before storage and after use, hold the button down until there is no more tobacco in the tube. Otherwise, it will dry out and your next cigarette will be of lower quality.
• After making your cigarette, it is recommended to manually remove the remaining tobacco at the end of the metal tube. This makes inserting the next tube easier.
• For good results, it is recommended to always use fresh tobacco. This is also why we recommend storing your tobacco in an appropriate place with a humidifier.

Warnings

• This Art & Volutes electric cigarette tube filling machine can only be used by people over 18 years old. Keep out of reach of children.
• Check that the device's voltage matches that of your installation.
• Never immerse the machine in water or under the tap.
• The device must be unplugged after each use, handling, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Never push the tobacco with your fingers or any other object into the reservoir.
• Never insert foreign objects into the machine.
• Never unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord.
• Do not use the appliance if the cord shows any abnormalities or damage.
• Using accessories not sold with the machine may cause damage or injury.
• If you use an extension cord, check that it is in perfect condition before use.
• Use only pure tobacco. Remove twigs or other debris before placing the tobacco in the machine. Failure to follow this rule can cause irreparable damage to the machine and void the warranty.
• Always ensure that the metal tube holder output is clear. The space under the spring must also be clear. If the spring makes a loud noise, the probable cause is debris remaining in the rod.
• Do not try to stop the tube during operation with your hand or with an object. This could be dangerous and could also irreversibly damage the spring
• During intensive use, after making about 20 cigarettes, the tube holder becomes very hot and you need to let it cool down. This will not only be beneficial for the quality of the cigarettes, but also prolong the life of the machine
• Use only standard tubes (8 mm).
• Never touch the metal tube holder during use; it can be very hot and cause burns.
• The machine's warranty is only valid if the motor compartment is kept dust-free.
• The use of wet tobacco may cause the spring to turn black.

To ensure the proper functioning of the machine, it must be cleaned regularly. To do this, unplug the machine and remove the metal tube, as well as the spring, clean with a damp cloth. Then replace all the parts and the machine.tube is then ready for use.

Troubleshooting

The spring is stuck. Stop immediately. Unscrew the screws next to the metal tube holder. Remove the metal tube holder; the spring may remain in place. Remove any dirt inside the metal tube and put it back in place. Make sure that the longest part of the beveled rod is facing down, otherwise the adjustment will no longer work properly.

The machine no longer works. Tobacco may enter the motor compartment.
This can block the switch, which prevents the machine from working.

To solve this problem:

• Unplug the machine
• Unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom
• Remove the cover
• Remove the tobacco residue using a vacuum cleaner
• Replace the cover
• Tighten the 4 screws.

The metal tube holder becomes very hot. This is normal, especially at the highest density setting. It is recommended to let the machine cool down after making 20 cigarettes.
The tobacco is either too loose or too dense. Everyone has their own preferences regarding tobacco density; position 3 is the most common. At position 5 the density is the highest, and at position 1 it is the lowest. You can experiment with the different positions and see which one is best for you.

You want to take advantage of the warranty or after-sales service.Art et Volutes guarantees the quality of this machine. However, if during normal use, within 12 months of purchase a defect occurs, Art et Volutes will repair or replace your machine.

Present your defective machine in its original packaging along with proof of purchase to the store where you bought it. The warranty does not apply to the spring if it is damaged due to misuse; a replacement spring is provided in the packaging. After repeated misuse, additional springs can be purchased.
